A leading global consumer products organization is seeking an AI Creative Technologist to join its Strategic Creative Services team. This organization operates across more than 200 countries and is recognized for its portfolio of trusted consumer brands spanning Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Skin Care, and Pet Nutrition.
The organization is investing in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to transform how creative and marketing teams work. The AI Creative Technologist will play a key role in integrating AI into creative workflows, connecting technical capabilities with the practical needs of copywriters, designers, video artists, and marketing professionals.
This is a hands-on technology role for someone who enjoys experimenting with emerging AI capabilities, building practical solutions, optimizing workflows, and helping creative professionals use technology more effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain AI agents, agentic systems, and custom AI workflows tailored to creative and marketing teams.
• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for AI tools and platforms used by the Strategic Creative Services organization.
• Develop and implement effective prompt engineering strategies to guide AI systems toward specific business and creative outcomes.
• Build custom tools, integrations, automations, and workflow solutions that improve creative team productivity.
• Establish and maintain quality-control processes for AI-enabled systems and AI-generated content.
• Ensure AI-generated outputs meet standards for accuracy, brand consistency, quality, security, and responsible use.
• Partner with creative and marketing leadership to identify opportunities where AI can address business challenges and improve creative workflows.
• Translate creative-team requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Train, coach, and mentor creative professionals on effective use of AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Help creative team members understand how to effectively interact with, guide, and evaluate AI systems.
• Monitor the rapidly evolving generative AI landscape and evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, models, and applications.
• Serve as a trusted advisor regarding opportunities, limitations, risks, and practical applications of AI within a corporate environment.
• Continuously identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve the efficiency of creative operations.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a technology-focused role with demonstrated experience developing and implementing new systems or technology solutions.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, AI-powered applications, or generative AI solutions.
• Experience working with major generative AI platforms, APIs, and large language models (LLMs).
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python to develop custom tools, automations, and integrations.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI or emerging technology to solve creative, operational, or business problems.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working directly with or embedded within a creative, advertising, communications, or marketing organization.
• Familiarity with the creative production process and tools used by designers, copywriters, video producers, and other creative professionals.
• Experience within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
• Experience working with supply-chain organizations or consumer products environments.
• Strong understanding of the ethical considerations, limitations, governance, and responsible use of artificial intelligence in a corporate environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $109,000 – $155,000 per year
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other applicable factors.
