The Essential Job Functions:

– Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership, guidance, and direction to clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

– Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory standards.

– Clinical Excellence: Ensure high-quality patient care delivery by maintaining clinical standards, implementing best practices, and facilitating staff training and development.

Qualifications:

– Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.

– Current state licensure and CPR certification.
